Phat Fit workouts are non-intimidating group training classes that will help you tone up, lose weight, and feel great! We modify according to each participant so that you get the most out of the time you are there. Groups are kept small so that we can assist and help everyone individually. Each session is one hour and is different every time. Workouts include a combination of strength and mild cardiovascular building circuits. |
